The Executive Board meets once a month by way of a conference call. Also by conference calls, committees carry on their work, though their meetings may less regularly scheduled. Each of the major standing committees has an officer who is its designated liaison to the Board. Voting for officers is done via this website as needed. Voting on changes to the bylaws is done during the Annual General Meeting. Often, the Annual General Meeting, sometimes referred to as the Business meeting, is scheduled during the Annual Conference. The Executive Board meets once a month by way of a conference call. Also by conference calls, committees carry on their work, though their meetings may less regularly scheduled. Each of the major standing committees has an officer who is its designated liaison to the Board. Voting for officers is done via this website as needed. Voting on changes to the bylaws is done during the Annual General Meeting. Often, the Annual General Meeting, sometimes referred to as the Business meeting, is scheduled during the Annual Conference.
